Teri Rumberger, Property Manager
Teri Rumberger is a long-time resident of Florida and trusted professional, with over 25 years' experience in the hospitality, property management and construction industry.
She has managed properties of all types and sizes, from small condominium properties to large-scale resorts & hotels, condo-resorts, and homeowners associations. Along with managing the daily operations of the business, Teri has worked alongside service providers and contractors in management of construction and renovation projects for condo-resorts, condo and homeowner associations. Teri has the knowledge and expertise to handle the management of your contractors, association construction projects or assist your management team with special projects.
Teri is licensed as a Florida Community Association Manager, certified Travel Consultant and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Our regular hours of operation are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However, we are available on-call to assist with emergency situations outside of these hours.
